INTERACTIVE KIOSK

Client Industry: Retail  |  My Role: UX and UI (Layout) desgin

We did this proof of concept to help our client envision a Retail Kiosk Experience for their gaming ecosystem that will bring downloadable content (DLC) into the retail marketspace in addition to enhance support for hardware sales and peripherals.

We created an experience that provides audience of gamers and gift-buyers a reason to engage. The immersive media experience not only strategically captures the imaginations of non-connoisseur gamers while they are in a retail environment, but also assists gift-buyers who may not be as well versed in the latest and greatest gaming titles and products.

Project Goals

  • Reach segments that aren’t served by current online and retail channels
  • Educate the consumer with personalized promotion, information and recommendations for game titles, DLC and peripherals. 
  • Drive loyalty through an exclusive brand experience, intuitive interaction and enhanced checkout


My Role as UX Designer
Under the 3 business days time constraints we had, I was able to translate business requirements into systematic work flows and create a clickable prototype using InVision to tell the story.
